but, what exactly is the goal of Minecraft?InterPotato wrote: ↑Mon Sep 30, 2024 05:01Yeah, I know. Basically my sandbox would have just same goal as MC, but made differently.
other than to keep kids busy and out of their parent's hair, and make some people A LOT O MONET!!?
Some claim it's The End,

Re: Introducing Our New Name
I think this is a good move forward.. eventually, hopefully sooner than later. .. confusion sets in along with it's pal "the unknown" It's a good name, I like it. For so long, some kept asking for a name change, now that it's eminent.. basically has occurred, some are worried or upset. You...

You don’t need to really register for using the demo instance. The mail address is basically just needed to tell the demo instance if you want to try it out as mod or admin (or normal user). “We've made testing simple so that you can sign up with any (fake) email address. Your account is immediatel...

Re: Poll: MTG stone digging sound
The new sound sets my misophonia off (yes it's a real thing)
I tried to like it, it makes sense in some instances, but I always enjoyed the previous 'thumpy' sounds,
they're rather calming and in a weird way comforting

Re: As anyone ever thought about moving the forms to Discourse?
Another forum I’m a member of did it quite well. They moved from an outdated forum software to a modern one (Flarum) and made a hard cut with old data import. So all threads were imported as discussions with different tags based on original subforum location and then the old forum was disabled. All...

Not trying to be harsh here but, posting on a forum isn't like texting, nor should it be used the same.
Just a little hopefully helpful advice

@Nininik -Post your mob code and what you expect them to do. i already posted it above you &%#!@#$!!@#@ don't you see it? This, and the use of CAPS prior are not the way to get people to help you. Especially toward a long time member and contributor, and who is also an extremely nice person.

Re: Hear me out... what if M$ bought minetest?
Hopefully it'll be enough for me to buy a house and get a cat (or two) idk man.. cats are really expensive. (I have two) and even though they're quite costly, I can't stand the thought of putting them through the traumas of their world here completely being taken from them and changes. They have th...

Re: 32x John Smith Texture Pack - 0.4.17
Back in 2013, i tried to contact the author for the texture pack, and never got a response. Since i don't make any money form this i don't see any harm in it. Just because you tried to contact the author, doesn't give you rights to publish it, because you didn't hear back from them, nor does the fa...

Hah,
We'll fix all licensing issues through creating an exclusive MTL (Minetest License) series.

Re: need some help
Hey guys! My name is Jay! I enjoy playing Minetest, but lately I've been feeling a little lonely. I've been playing single-player, but it's just not the same as playing with friends. I tried to create a server once, but I didn't know how to do it. I'm pretty tech-savvy, but this has got me wonderin...

Re: Why no CMSs in Content DB?
Because CSMs have a potential to "open doors", so not a very good idea to make them widely, publicly available for download on a platform like ContentDB, If they were, there would have to be someone/s to check the code of every single one, and keep on top of every time one is updated, etc....

Re: chests pngs
This is the texture used for the inside of the open chest. It difficult now to guess what you're attempting to do. The closed chest is just a node, the open chest is done using a 3D model, and all the textures are attached to the model faces. It would help if you would share the code of your project...
