with update to 5.6 and all the mods up to date, we are testing more powerful mobs. all mob damage was doubled, and dungeon master's fireballs are now more like tnt.

we replaced pyramids with tsm_pyramids and it fixed the crash in the place you reported. we tried nathan's simpler patch first, but it did not fix the issue. anyway, looks like we'll just have to test some more now :D

very nice mod, it looks like it kept the nodes, so i upgraded pyramids with this, and old pyramids look fine. it also fixed a nasty server crash in 5.x, which would happen in original pyramids when anyone comes near. i had trouble, though, getting a git clone. i tried git clone http://repo.or.cz/w/m...

by the way, the holiday season is upon us, and this means it's time to re-evaluate settings & mods. i will probably be on more often in december, doing housekeeping & trying to fix pyramids, among other things.

thanks for the report, guys! we already fixed one pyramid bug like this, and we can keep fixing them by deleting blocks. it really sucks it crashes so badly, we really wish we could figure out what fails and fix it. pyramids is a pretty simple mod, if we could fix it any way at all, like by disablin...

all rockweed privs are off by default if you join multiplayer, and on by default in singleplayer or for server hosts. we are not at all opposed to making it off by default in singleplayer, we just never looked into that. our server, hightime hardcore survivor, has the mod installed, and by default n...

i dream of an ncurses client that allows me to control a small posse of avatars, dnd/rts style, that looks like 10rogue or nethack. exploring dungeons or going anywhere with roof/ceiling would probably be very hard, and not clear how to draw, but i would be able to terrorize the open plains :D

Hi, can you add ranged weapons (https://forum.minetest.net/viewtopic.php?t=15173) to the server, as well as some kind of transport? we just launched a media portal, which includes a page for this server; it is very much at a mock-up stage at the moment, but we hope to dump some awesome content there in the coming months :D

upgrade to 5.1.0 is complete, and mods are all bumped up as well notable additions are horses , mulch , protector block , wine , and custom recipes . a special shout-out to sitting duck for investing the time into balance tune-up, and TenPlus1 (or 11 as we like to call it) for killer mods :D

it's been a great year for hardcore gaming, and we are extremely satisfied with how this world has developed, thanks largely to our most active players.

removed lucky block & vehicles for stability reasons: bixik found a way to blow up protected areas with lucky block, and vehicles just crash the server every now and then (very rarely, even with heavy use).
