i managed to try it. low fps and such but was playable. what i noticed is that at the end stations trains queue up because the signal in front of the stations wrote 'schedule is already proprammed' idk what that means but i wasnt able to let the trains move again. was quite fun to watch trains go by...

what i ran into a lot of times on a lot of platforms is failure of the OS to correctly select the audio output. if thats the case, try to connect wired/wireless speakers/headphones, then disconnect. also try to use a recorder app which can record apps' audio, if theres sound on the recording, luanti...

I made a full map of the line with the Wikipedia {{routemap}} template […] very nice, i wanted that in bfly but the app was very bad at the time, nice to see that the idea of the map isnt lost, but is already done. i saw maps done with that template too but i though it wouldnt support some location...

as of current you can access via SAF and Shizuku(and a compatible file browser). based on screenshot, SAF doesnt really work so i think you could try the second one.i do this task frequently (my metrotest map is exported with the help of Shizuku as well)

i may be saying the stupidest thing ever so correct me if i did... somewhere i read that luanti is single threaded, on a higher end device, such as a pc, one thread is way more powerful just because the chipset architecture. but mobile has ARM a way slower and weaker type, made to be energy efficien...

if you want to keep trying modding on Android, i recommend using Shizuku even if its an overkill. i am the maker of the issue Blockhead mentions above and this is the only way i found and works well.
