A Bot is a programm that assists you playing a game by simulatin inputs,
In short:
It's a "firend" who helps you playing pressing the right keys in right situations.
IT DOES NOT CHANGE GAME PHYSICS OR GRAPHICS!
(e.g. disable redscreen, make you fly, make you move fast through wate are things a bot doesn't do!)
Bots can be a fun challenge,
but they can also annoy if you are not good enough to beat them!
Right now, It is not allowed to post bots on this forum,
as they are grouped as bad cheats.
I personally think there should be a new subforum for bots (and posting bots allowed, too), since there are many other bots in other games, too, and no one get's annoyed by them!
EXAMPLE : slay.one
I can't change the forum rules, but if there are enough votes for/ against rules, moderators may change rules according to what the majority thinks!
How do you think about bots?
How do you think about bots?
When I first came here, this was all swamp. Everyone said I was daft to build a castle on a swamp, but I built in all the same, just to show them.

Re: How do you think about bots?
Sounds pretty much like an autoclicker and extended CSM (additional client tweaks). Since this gives an advantage over other people, don't try to share such "firend"s (I think you meant "friend"s) on this forum at all.KGM wrote:It's a "firend" who helps you playing pressing the right keys in right situations.
Consider reading the forum rules before you proceed with this nonsense topic. These rules were written for a specific purpose, so don't expect them to be changed in the way you would like to have them.

I agree that bots can be fun and challenging to program, but there's practically zero challenge in downloading something from the forum.KGM wrote:Bots can be a fun challenge
It's still a cheat. Cheats are forbidden for a well-known reason, and no one is going to change that.KGM wrote:IT DOES NOT CHANGE GAME PHYSICS OR GRAPHICS!

If anyone can download, wouldn't that be fair again?

Well, this isn't a democracy..., it's a forum.KGM wrote:I JUST OPENED POLL, TO CHANGE THINKS THE DEMOCRATIC WAY!
And what's with the all caps?
Seriously, if you don't like the rules, go elsewhere or better yet, start your own..., then you can make the rules.
Or, you can accept the truth, and get back to being a happy member of the community.
You're making it much harder than it needs to be.
You obviously just don't get the fact that while a supported csm is ok to use, on servers which allow them, is fine. The moment you do anything, make any changes to how the csm operates, it is considered a cheat.
This can be explained to you every possible way to Sunday, and you will just never be able to grasp the concept, nor accept it.
In fact, it was already explained to you last time..., by a few different people. Yet, here you are again, with the same gripe.
Using ALL CAPS LIKE YOU OWN STOCK IN THEM! This is becoming tiresome, quickly.
And you will continue to be upset, angry, and posting these ridiculous polls, that quite honestly, most people are either ignoring, or getting tired of. Or voting against what you want just to get you to see the big picture..., which again, you obviously will never get.
A Wonderful World
