The players really spawn up there, but if they died, they don´t spawn up there. Why?

Are you talking about the spawn radius, or is it some glitch with a reset spawnpoint?

I think @Rudicle is referring to player spawn. He wonders why players spawn in one place, but when they die, they spawn in a different place.
