I cannot have a server but I would like to share what I've built so far and give everyone the possibility to play in my world and maybe open a server with my map (I give permission to do so).
Inside there are various POI and here I list the most important ones:
- World Trading Center: It's a huge skyscraper inspired by a building in Dubai where it will be possible to buy and sell everything on the Minetest map. Prices are decided by the Government (aka me) but you buy and sell for the same amount of money. On ground floor there are some ATMs and MWT machines. !!!THIS BUILDING IS NOT COMPLETE SO STAY TUNED FOR NEXT RELEASES!!!
- Main Station: located in the desert this station has tracks that bring you in every POI of the world. There is also an emergency train (the huge one) which should be used just in case something goes wrong and the normal living places must be abandoned. It brings to a small campsite really far that has been set up for emergency sistuation. !!!NOTE: YOU SHOULDN'T USE THIS TRAIN NORMALLY!!! There are also the other tracks which are fully automated so train will arrive sooner or later. If you don't want to wait just follow the tracks. The last track is used for accessing the boss house. In normal conditions that house should be mine but I have built it so that it could be property of the server owner
- Redwood Village: a small village with its own station where new players can rest the first nights and maybe stay longer if you want. There are 20 houses if I remember well but if you wanna know more just download the map and see it with your own eyes
- The Factory: this huge metal place is a giant power plant equipped with all type of machinery and a huge mining hole in one of its buildings. This monster relies on 4 nuclear generators. For this reason there is an uranium rod factory inside (the biggest building). This factory produces nuclear waste that is stored on a train and brought to a near deposit. No players apart from the server master should be able to access this zone since with nuclear waste is still possible to create blocks that can kill players with ease
- Airport: this is exactly what it sounds like. A small airport equipped with security checks and 3 types of planes. The runway is not huge but it's long enough to ensure safe landings. Most planes can bring just two people but there's one that is bigger. !!!THIS AIRPORT IS THE ONLY ONE IN THE ENTIRE MAP. For this reason is highly recommended to fly only with planes that can land on WATER!!!
- Hunting zone: this small zone located in the middle of nowhere is perfect for hunting since it is equipped with spawners for various animals and a small watching tower. Remember to watch out from exploding pumpkins
- Desert Castle: this desert castle was built in the first days in the map but it was rarely used. If anyone wants to be far from society this is the perfect place for him
- Pirates Village (v0.2): pirates arrived on our lands and they decided to settle on some islands near the factory. We don't know if they are evil or not but surely they have a nice village. Go take a look at the new houses and decide if you wanna be part of the pirates' team
- Lighthouse (v0.2): pirates have also built a lighthouse to be sure that their boats don't crash against the islands. Make sure to take a look at it and don't forget that someone could also decide to live there
- Pirate Ship (v0.2): pirates arrived with a big ship which is now anchored not far away from the lighthouse. Maybe they have left some treasures there...
- Treasure Cave (v0.2): obviously pirates have brought some treasures with them and they decided to hide them somewhere on the near lands. Search for the treasure and if you are lucky you may become rich...
