Please elaborate what you mean by "aim[cursor]+", "view/set of +[aim]" and "brick/block/square", I don't understand what you are talking about.
(In Minetest a distance is typically measured in "nodes" which is also the unit for coordinates.)

Also, why do you talk about the HUD (head up display) scale? It changes the visual size of the displayed HUD elements, e.g. the crosshair.

Maybe you meant the hand range. You can change it, for example, like it is done in MTG when creative is enabled:

Can your read this?

MineClone2 has a setting called "Hand range", technical name mcl_hand_range. You probably want something like that. What game are you playing?

In that case, Multiplacer might help - haven't tried it so can't vouch for it but it seems like that idea.

WorldEdit (ContentDB might help, Using //set and so on.

Better than WorldEdit actually, would probably be Terraform (ContentDB), since you can use a brush with a shape and size.

To directly make the selection cursor extend to multiple blocks (nodes) though - that would need a C++ patch in the engine. Lua mods can't do that sort of thing.
