Re: Can I post a mod that has borrowed code?
ContentDB staff are all unpaid volunteers, the reason why it takes some time may be obvious. If everything is ok with the package and it just requires an approval then it is quite quick, but the more times the package needs to go back and forth during review when e.g. there's copyrighted assets that need to be replaced, then the approval time naturally goes up.
We staff get notifications for each reply in approval threads as well as a webhook feed when packages are marked ready for review, so we are always notified when there's something we'll take a look at when we are awake and have the time. Usually we delegate the same staff member who originally reviewed a package to do any follow-up reviews, to not step on eachothers toes.

You should credit the original modders and check Content DB's guidelines on using borrowed code before posting your mod.
