We are currently having some issues with captchas on the wiki. You can request a wiki account by replying to this topic, no need to tell your e-mail address (moderators already have it).

A password will be sent to your e-mail address or by forum PM. You can change it after logging in.

Note that account names must start with an uppercase character due to MediaWiki restrictions and underscores are replaced by spaces. For example, "hello_world" will be "Hello world".

Once your account is created, your post will be deleted.

Also, is it OK to add mod stuff? Specifically, I think there should be a centralized clearinghouse for mod API for commonly used mods. (Mesecon, Pipeworks, Technic, etc) It would make sense to have some sort of policy for which mods can be included (number of contentdb downloads, for instance).

Yes, we already have many pages about mods. As long as the mod has a public release that works with the latest version of Minetest, I'd say it should be OK to have a page for it.

No. This is not allowed, please read the wiki guidelines page. This was decided to be changed in order to cut back on the scope of the wiki.

I've already cleaned up this from the wiki, because people keep adding this kind of stuff onto the wiki which gets outdated as nobody (neither you, or me) wants to maintain something that is redundant with ContentDB or the mod's own documentation.

The wiki is not for self-promotion. Minetest-related mods and games should better have their info on ContentDB or the forums (as has been pointed out already).

There's some bugs as was only able to paint the white wool red, but not the black or gray wool and stalker exploded after going in water, which I thought would deactivate the explosion (which would probably work for creeper).
