Is it possible to repair elytra in Mineclonia without mending?

I am really interested. I saw that VoxeLibre had some type of membrane in item list, but I really don't know which mob drops it. And I didn't found anything like membrane in Mineclonia. And mending is really hard to obtain, so is there easier way than mending or no?

Mineclonia does not yet have phantom membranes to repair the elytra.
