[Mod] Anti Grief Privs `antigriefprivs`

Hi everyone, I made a mod for use on my server, called Anti Grief Privs, but I thought it would be useful to the community. Let me know if you find any bugs or have any suggestions. I tested it pretty well but there's always something I could've missed haha.

Adds water, lava, and tnt privs. Players without the water or lava priv can't place source nodes or buckets, scoop buckets on, or use the technic cans on water or lava, respectively. Players without the tnt priv can't place or ignite tnt, but tnt can still be lit on fire from firespread. I recommend using another protection mod in addition to this one. This mod was made with minetest_game in mind, but in the future it could be made to work with other games. It works with the everness and technic mods, and has no hard dependencies.

I am currently testing on my classroom server which runs Mineclonia and initial results are good. Took me a minute to sort things out since I had some server settings in place to try to handle these issues. This looks like it will be a much more elegant solution!

I'm glad you found it useful! Does mineclonia use `default`? It shouldn't work if the liquid node names and bucket node names are different. But its no big deal. I could easily include those items.

Also, I forgot to mention. My friend Holly Wolfe created the mod, but I rewrote it and she is okay with that.

Alright, I just made it compatible with Mineclonia :) The TNT is kinda weird because you can't ignite it directly, but it lights a fire right next to it that could ignite it. I could make a `fire` priv to stop this. Maybe another day.
