ContentDB new email address - ProtonMail now supported

ContentDB now sends emails from no-reply@content.luanti.org, We're switched to Scaleway, a service based in France 🇫🇷

If you've had issues with emails before, protonmail users in particular, these should be fixed now.

Please let me know if you experience any problems with emails arriving.
