This babel-like tower is for flying wizards. In line with common-world guidelines it is capped at four stories (Order is but a cyberspace jump away, same universe). There is an alcove for each sprite (#=15). A spiral staircase efficiently connects each floor, including a basement. It would also be comfortable to explore as a mortal, and is fairly fire-safe.
