Hello,

I recently released a mod onto contentDB, and it’s been displaying a ‘ready for review’ sign for more than a week now. When can or should I expect it to be released?

I got my signature made, but now it doesn’t actually link anywhere the public can see. Help, please!

Hi red rider, I'm not one of the ContentDB mods. Not all of those folks come here to the forum (very often or at all? Unclear). If you have access to irc or matrix, look for libera.chat #luanti. I know some of them hang out there.

I've had problems with my mods getting stuck in the review phase. I suspect the notification gets lost or marked as read, and the mods just never get back to it. Do you ever do that with text messages with your friends? You mean to reply, but you forget and then since it was marked as read, you never get back to it...

That, or the ContentDB mods chose to ignore me for a few weeks. That is a non-zero possibility too.

Simple Replace Plus is out now on ContentDB. The trouble we had with this one was the command names are so simple, and the functionality is so close to WorldEdit. We ended up approving it anyway, but often the delay is a delay in making executive decisions and not because the review part is hard. Other times, there are a lot of textures or other media to check against other copyrighted works to make sure they're not infringing. So the delay isn't personal.
