campfires
is there a way to make campfires in the standard minetest game last longer? they burn out within about 20sec. also is there a way to stop goblins destroying and mining the blocks?

Re: campfires
There are no campfires or goblins in standard (vanilla) Minetest Game. Have a look at the "pointed:" information after enabling the debug information (default key: F5) while pointing at the campfire. This will tell you the relevant mod where you could submit such suggestion.

Re: campfires
I would suggest coal blocks for infinite fire usually, but that is not exactly a campfire.

Re: campfires
So the mod I put in my standard mineset comes up as an inventory item called 'CAMPFIRE'. After placing a campfire in the game you can light it with steel and flint. I would like to know what file I can edit in my game to extend the life of the 'active campfire'. Thank you
Re: campfires
@digitalrock42 - If it's the new campfires mod then feeding the campfire with a stick resets the time to 30 seconds, if you want to permenantly increase the time then changing the value on line 10 of the init.lua file is where to look:-
