Thanks for investigating … I just tried some things.

So apparently when I post a new post (like this one), the spoiler tag works again:
Spoiler
Hello, I am a spoiler
But it looks like old posts with the spoiler tag being broken can be edited and then saved again. Then the spoiler tag magically turns into the actual spoiler element again. I just did that with the X-Decor-libre thread: viewtopic.php?p=418180#p418180

(I didn't touch any other threads, tho.)

My guess: This was caused by some update gone wrong that somehow triggered a feature/bug (???) in phpBB that somehow forces phpBB to save the "[ spoiler ]" tag as plain text (without turning it into an actual spoiler element). Or maybe this is some weird hidden escaping going on. But I have no idea how phpBB saves posts internally, so this is a 100% wild guess, don't trust me! Or maybe this is even an outright bug in phpBB because this behavior makes zero sense. But to be honest, I'm grasping at straws right now, sorry. :-(

But looking at how re-saving my posts fixes things, that could be a pointer to the solution? Is it possible to force phpBB to "re-save" all posts or something like that? (after doing a backup, of course :P)

What does the database say? Can you compare what's saved in a working post with spoiler tags and a defunct one?
Whatever I say is CC0

Yep, that's a working spoiler tag, but it also doesn't have the + sign over the right hand side like it used to. That's a whole lot better than no spoiler tag though!

[DONE] Please rename the subforum "Minetest-related projects" to "Luanti-related projects". viewforum.php?f=14

Also, if forum moderation has too much time ( :D ), here's a list of sticky threads that still contain the word "Minetest" (either in title, the contents, or both):
List of sticky threads that contain "Minetest Wiki" (the wiki was not yet has been renamed but it probably will be eventually): Thanks for reading.

The forum seems to always log me out after a very short time, at least if I use forum.luanti.org.
he/him; Codeberg; GitHub; ContentDB; public personal TODO list; "DS" is preferred (but often too short)

Yes, this. I think celeron55 is aware. The main domain is still the Minetest one. Also an instant logout if you open the any forum.minetest.net links while logged in on forum.luanti.org, and an instant logout on the main boards pages if you open the ACP.

This is now fixed. PhpBB is now configured to know it's on forum.luanti.org, and forum.minetest.net redirects to that, and cookies are set accordingly. You will have lost a forum session due to this just now.
