[16px] Less Dirt

"Less Dirt" extends the grass growth on the side of blocks so rolling hills show less exposed bare dirt. Also does the same for snow, forest litter, moss, etc. This improves screenshots in a similar fashion to Landscape redo but doesn't alter nodes.

Removes a piece of Minecraft's style legacy that Notch might not have gotten right.

An update has been released to:

• Fix the support for MineClone 2 & MineClone 5
• Improve how it looks when running on servers which supply their own texture packs (details).
• Include MeseCraft in the list of supported games

Apparently MineClone switched to a hardware-colored grass texture system soon after Less Dirt was released, so its MineClone support had been broken for some time.
