[Mod] Forgotten Monsters [Reworked]

Passing by to share some monsters that I did based on the "Mobs Monsters" by TenPlus1... If anyone wants to test, the link is here below, ideas are welcome..
If all goes well , and TenPlus1 allows me , I will continue to make more varied monsters .

Those look pretty badass :) Minetest is always up for new mobs to fight :P

New version 0.07, a friend took a test and felt that the skulls were heavy..
I don't know what's going on, but I made some changes to the modpack , I hope it's better..

I've got say so far the Growler is my favorite, they are quite good to sneak onto the player and even the cover of the forest isn't usually enough to shield me from them.
To be honestly I've been decimated by them so far, as much as I like them and think they are effective in their role the spawn frequency is too high. In my test world they appeared nearly non stop, by the time I've killed one another one had already spawned

In this version "0.011" I adjusted the spawning of monsters and bosses a little, although it still seems to spawn very fast, and also lower the HP of some of them for the player to have a little more advantage in combat.. Highlight:

- Growler can still spawn very fast, but lowered the viewing range and HP to 15...

- Spectrum, with higher spawn chance...

- Skulls,Sword Skulls and Archers Skulls, now with hp to 15...

- Spoky, with higher spawn chance...

- All Bosses with slightly higher spawn chance...

Hope it has improved the modpack experience, forgotten monsters can be a little hardcore at times, so run for the hills!!!

⚠ Released version 0.015, issues resolved: ⚠
🔸mesh of the skulls with bows and swords, it weighed and caused lags mainly in android versions..
🔸Trophies without mesh and texture when placed, especially on android versions, now appear normally..
🔸Thanks to Lunovox for testing and reporting these issues and helping with trufeus..

I made a feathered texture for the growler, it's darker so it fits my needs better. In case you wanna try I will leave the file here, and some screenshots:

Wow, I loved the texture, I was looking at it at the moment and I really liked it, I'll put it in a future update, thanks again, it's beautiful 🤩🤩🤩

Hi everyone,
I'm concerned about the fact that the growler can spawn everywhere and with a so high spawnrate. I don't know if i am doing something wrong but it spawns more times than a sheep

hello! I was the one that reported the bone block bug. no problem :) btw, I had this mod in my server but unfortunately it seemed to be incompatible with one of the other mods. with this in mind, I was wondering what is the minimum Minetest version for this? this along your ethereal bosses make gameplays much more interesting compared to the usual modsets a generic server would have. good job, and thanks for being responsive to issues.

really growler has a problem of spawning a lot, i don't understand why it spawns so much but i will keep trying to improve it :)

thanks again, I don't know what other mods they are not compatible with, I tested it on version 5.7.0 dev, and I had no problems... but if you prefer, you can adapt it the way that is best for your server, no has problems, the important thing is that everyone has fun \o/

It's been a long time since I started this modpack to create a series for the channel, it was my first attempt and I learned a lot after that... Now finally here is a simple update, but which has a focus on giving new models to some mobs and bosses..

🔸 New models for some mobs and bosses
🔸 New models for trophies (Previous versions were more laborious to make)
🔸 New mobs :
- Skull Berserker (Spawns only in jungle)
🔸 New items :
- Tranaslocation Rod ( By clicking on a block, you Teleport to it, the range of the rod is 25 blocks )
- Bones tools (These tools are similar to steel, but with little durability)
- Bones Armor (Similar to steel, but with low durability)

duckgo, what happened to this mod? It disappeared from both Codeberg and ContentDB. Is it still available anywhere?
