There is actually a limit. how many servers can you report to server.minetest.net?
are the 18 already too many?
Every now and then, especially when I restart all servers at 2am, I get a message from servers that announce.minetest.net or something like that reports back like “too many requests”

But since this is always just a message and subsequent attempts go smoothly (and I see all of them in servers.minetest.net), I haven't investigated it further yet

the first 5 have threads in this forum ... the secound block is more for mobile player who dont use this forum anyway and the third block are servers for others, and some have created a thread and others have not

well... each server sends an entry every 5 minutes
So it would be nice to know how many requests you can make in how many seconds

yes, but *.edgy1.net are multiple domains ... and if a single address like mine is sending 18 requests every 5 minutes its not the same as multiple domains doing it
