This is a showcase for a spiral staircase set, and some shapes that might benefit hardcore fans of the art, all in one texture, 'dull rock'.
There are exactly 5 pages of a creative menu, so you won't sprain yourself looking for anything, yet there's enough there to get on with designing to your heart's content. Open it up in singlenode, that's what I recommend.
Features:
-Dual Grass and Stone nodes
-Spiral Staircase Set
-Some runes, character sprites, steps of 3, spikes and a regular octahedron.

It's a minimal development test, not a mod, it's actually 10 mods that I recommend you put in your /usr/share/games/minetest/games/minimal folder and take out what's already there. These are enough to have a crack at building stuff with, if you're interested in taking angled_stairs, pk_arcs, and what the table saw of x_decors does a little further, as I am. Much of these shapes are included in the 5 paged creative menu you'll start with.

Includes mini model bearing ratios of our solar system's inner planets' period ratios for affixing over a true node, 2 complementing gyroid translational elements textured like nets, minor adjustments to make the negative space star in the 'estruck' wall tessellation regular, removal of voice-overs.

Sure thing... I've modified the last characters of each of my links to 'dl=1' which should allow browsers to force download, see if that works. Otherwise, I'll port everything somehow, but in a few days.

Sorry, singlenode. By using worldedit, you can save a chunk from another world as a schem, port it to the new world once it exists. That means pausing and exiting a hair trigger after loading into it to port the schem (because the world file won't exist until then), then when you reload, going into worldedit -> load -> and entering the (short) name of the schem and having it be located directly below to where you'll have fallen to. Depending how long it takes you to perform those actions, you'll be able to limit your distance from the origin. (I made it in about 400 units deep, and scrambled up, deleting the scaffold until I was at the origin on a single node. Then I did the garden you see there without the ability to fly. A fall means probably no return the way it's set up.
That WILL be too complicated for most people to read, so I recommend this: go into the files and pick at it, taking what's valuable to yourself. The mod is extremely simple. In the rare case that you're actually interested enough that you'll try and build with these 149 alone (and you can definitely do a lot with them, but maybe your investments are elsewhere)... I only intended these nodes to compose the world: a kind of futuristic garden kingdom or citadel, thus far. So singlenode avoids the contrast between original jagged-ish edges for procedurally generated terrain, and the slightly more sophisticated look these dual grass/stone nodes have, because singlenode has nothing in it to start, and you can sort of nucleate your structure around a single one, as I did with the showcase garden there.
But look, do it in any mapgen you like, even copy the folders as mods into a world you're already working on and add crafting recipies yourself (but you'll find the minimalist creative menu is a benefit, so you could rename them in init.lua so they'll group together in a search, so that when building you can switch between options quickly.) If you start the game linked here as 'flowingpoint', maybe you get my most recent saved location on spawn, which should be high and dry, so to speak. Or, try the first, very hard method, or tweak the default generated terrain, or add more folders in so that it has the default nodes that span the usual terrains. I wouldn't hold you forever in my garden, if you did manage to get into it :)

Nice, also why do the mobs take negative light damage? It prevents them from moving.

They are mere cut-outs to aid in construction by providing a human scale unit for reference, until 8-direction sprites, which would be lightweight and customisable, become easy to find and use in Minetest. I just wanted the 'feel' of having sprites, and I like it. If I could make them move more randomly I would, but for some reason I thought it better, or perhaps less of an abomination, without.
The solar recharge was a minor tweak, one of many possible. Most damage given was a nuisance, unintentional. I made 'stick' do negative damage to make up for it. And sunlight.

[https://tinyurl.com/265vcpmn] This minimal has some small and neat changes. I have borrowed from 'easyporter' [https://t.ly/94qsW] to turn two items into portals: 'dice' and 'flo'. Dice displays in hologram style a random number between 0 and 15, but I could only seem to make it do it once per log, which is a pity. Flo was a short torch, but the smoke goes in reverse, and when you jump on it you're teleported to the dice, provided both were placed on the same type of thing. There's a fair challenge I haven't even tried myself yet: to construct a gyroid. A gyroid is a triply periodic surface, and has interesting properties: use THE FIRST TWO ITEMS OF THE MENU above, from the minimal, to see if you can stitch one together (There's also a gyroid related easter egg in Tinny Jangle. It's not easy to capture in a single image so I'll just let you find it yourselves.)

I'll just share all the mods I use myself, I don't want to get into it right now, but I would like to know you can see some of the magic. The proper creative space is the minimal, Tinny Jangle was always where I went to think about problems, but the minimal is something I'm proud of, even if it takes a long time to make a block. Nodeboxes? Bah! Each stone is delicately hand-carved to perfection: see how they sit perfectly aligned.... Yes the stones have what they need, in that they 'sit well'. If you want to investigate I encourage you to do so by looking in the folder marked 'stones', and seeing the corresponding '.obj' files, which is a great way to waste a summer, but the real question is what would you build a world out of? If you are diligent, careful, thoughtful, there's something in it for you, I suppose you could say. If you are bold and brave and valiant, there should be something waiting for you outside the game too.

Ayyy flowingpoint I made some stuff! I made mapgen!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you want me to send mods to you so you can have mapgen in the world? I'm thinking having mapgen in this minimal sandbox is cool and good.
Also the mobs are a bit unstable, they can sometimes crash on a jump function. Maybe updating mobs would work. And hope you don't mind that I use some of the sprites from your game on my server.

also what about some unused things? like the voicelines in sounds folder aswell as signs_wallmounted_bb_wood_red or whatever its called

Wow, what a relief, you got it down and in the dirt in one piece, well done Nininik, knight of thunder. That's my old origin, and I don't know if you've realised it, but there are 'shell ruins', great 'knight's jump' diagonal staircases and a vertical hover elevator design sitting there in the latest update (3.8.24) making 6 paths to my origin's dodecahedral pillar flame. How wonderful to see your healthy world party gatherings. Those characters have stories to tell, too (see dialog). Two's company. You should write for them, maybe we can pool some scraps of dialog together some day, maybe on your server, or in comments, or on some windswept mountain abroad, but note, those 2-ds were roughly nipped from another game, and were for me a nifty shortcut where I would otherwise have dedicated more time to genuine creation from scratch of 64x128 res avatars, and there would want to be 8 of them, but that waits for sprite implementation, and I know most folk are happy enough with the blocky sort too. No harm in doing some preliminary sketches either, Nininik, then the characters are truly yours!

I'll address your other questions in due course.

also I saw the full Beneath a steel sky game, and found a bit more things for sprites.
and the purple inoukin texture was not in there, i guess it was colorized. (nice)
and what about the lore of the chat messages? does it in any way connect to the RSwindeorder?
