I have a question
I couldn't find it in the Minetest API and don't enjoy the search function much for the forums (difficult for me to find anything that I'm looking for...)
Is there a way to translate custom settings? For example, could I translate the name and description of a setting in a mod I'm making?

Re: Translating settings
Unfortunately, translations for settings added by mods/games is not possible currently. In anticipation of this being supported, you could add setting titles and descriptions to your .tr files

Re: Translating settings
I am either doing something wrong, or translation support was only added for content metadata from *.conf files. I was hoping it was available for entries in settingtypes files.

Re: Translating settings
You can't translate anything but the title and description in a *.conf file. settingtypes can't be translated at all yet.
Watch out! You never know when I'm around the corner.
