[MOD] Ore Dust - mineral dusts for crafting

Ore Dust is part of a small interoperable trio with Volcanic Soil and Lava Crucible.
Volcanic soil and ore dust each work on their own, but they are an integral part of the lava crucible system.

What it adds

• Core dusts: diamond, gold, copper, iron, coal, obsidian
• Optional moreores dusts: silver, tin, mithril
• Placeable dust piles for builds and scene dressing
• 3x3 dust conversion back into ingots/gems
• Shared mineral_dust group for cross-mod compatibility
