[MOD] Lava Crucible - lava-heated crucibles refining stone

Lava Crucible is part of a small interoperable trio with Ore Dust and Volcanic Soil.
Volcanic soil and ore dust each work on their own, but they are an integral part of the lava crucible system.

What it adds

• Tiered crucibles: single, double, quad throughput
• Ender variants with shared per-player inventories
• Weighted bonus dust output pools
• Distinct machine states: cold, hot, processing, done
• Production path for volcanic soil
• Clay graphite and obsidian clay for crafting crucibles

• Required: default, ore_dust, volcanic_soil
• Optional: moreores, technic
